L. Scott Leforce - President, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. LeForce has served as a Director of Faith Realty & Development Company since 1980 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Faith Realty & Development Company. He has been a Director and Corporate Officer of Realty World Northern California, Inc. since 1987 and was appointed President, Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director in October 1995. Mr. LeForce is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Financial Services, Inc., the mortgage brokerage subsidiary of Faith Realty & Development Company.

In June of 1987, Mr. LeForce relocated to California in order to take a more active role in the family business. He started as a Marketing Consultant in the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions and was soon earning regional and national recognition for his franchise sales production. He was appointed Marketing Director in January 1990 and served in that capacity until December 1995.

Mr. LeForce is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) program. He was educated in Real Estate and Business Administration at the University of Colorado.

Richard M. Rozycki - Director, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rozycki joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. as Controller in June 1988 and was named Director, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer effective May 1, 2000. He also serves as Director, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Faith Realty & Development Company (from 1988 to present), and its wholly owned mortgage subsidiary, Real Estate Financial Services, Inc. (from 1995 to present).

A 1980 graduate of the Colorado Law Enforcement Academy at Camp George West in Golden, Colorado, Mr. Rozycki was a Police Officer and Certified Emergency Medical Technician with more than a decade in public service. He was appointed Deputy Sheriff in Douglas County in Castle Rock, Colorado, where he served from 1977 to 1984. He then worked for the Littleton, Colorado Police Department from 1984 to 1988.

Mr. Rozycki studied Real Estate and Business Administration at the University of Colorado. He is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) series conducted by the California Association of Realtors.

Scott A. Gill - Sr. Vice President / Marketing and Sales

Mr. Gill joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. in January 1997 as Vice President of Marketing & Sales, and was eventually promoted to Senior Vice President in October 2004. He is currently responsible for franchise sales and membership expansion throughout the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions.

He brings with him an extensive background in franchise sales, real estate, and mortgage banking. From 1995 to 1996, he was Director of Franchise Sales in Northern California for Century 21/Cendant, Parsippany, New Jersey. From 1993 to 1995, he served as Assistant Vice President at American Savings Bank. Mr. Gill was Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of The Shared Appreciation Corporation and Great American Real Estate Company from 1989 to 1993. His role as Director of National Franchise Sales for Compufund National Mortgage Network ran from 1984 to 1989. From 1975 through 1984, Mr Gill enjoyed a distinguished career as a top producing real estate agent and loan officer.

Mr. Gill is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and has graduated numerous professional training programs, including Dale Carnegie; Realty Institute; Quantum Management Systems; Success Motivation Institute; Century 21 Franchise Academy; New Horizons Computer Learning Center; and Tom Hopkins International.

Dennis O. Stewart - Vice President and Regional Director

Mr. Stewart rejoined the staff of Realty World Northern California, Inc. in December 2004 as Director of Operations and Business Development. Mr. Stewart was promoted to Vice President and Regional Director on April 1, 2005.

Mr. Stewart brings with him extensive experience that comes from being in the Real Estate, Subdivision, Construction and Mortgage industries for over 30 years. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 1972 and a Real Estate Broker since 1984.

In 1986, Mr. Stewart joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. as the Member Services Manager and Trainer. From 1988 to 1994, he managed his own Realty World franchise in Tulare, California. In 1994, Mr. Stewart continued his Corporate career by returning to Realty World Northern California, Inc. as Assistant Vice President in charge of Business Development. From 1994 to 1999, he was responsible for Agent/Broker Training and occasional Franchise Sales. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Stewart served as a Business Development Consultant, Trainer, Motivational Speaker, and Loan Consultant for Smith-Craine Finance, a San Francisco based mortgage brokerage firm.

James Dwiggins - Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Dwiggins joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. in November 2006 as the Director of Technology & Strategy. In May of 2008 he was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Dwiggins is responsible for the development of all technologies which the company deploys to its offices and associates, as well as strategically positioning Realty World in the marketplace. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dwiggins co-founded and was the Vice President of Sales for VREO, Inc., a well recognized real estate software company which has won many awards for their innovative technologies.

Prior to VREO, Mr. Dwiggins co-founded USA Virtual Tours, where he was the Vice President of Sales and responsible for the company’s rapid growth. During his nine years of working in the real estate sector, he has consulted with numerous top real estate companies in the United States and has been responsible for the development of many advanced technology solutions.

Terri Adamo - Franchise Sales Director

Ms. Adamo brings with her an extensive background in the real estate franchise industry. She served as Vice President, California Market Director and Administrative Services for Inspectech Corporation, a national franchise provider of real estate and environmental inspections from 1996 to 2002.

Previously from 1980 to 1996, Ms. Adamo held positions in the capacity of Director of Administration and Director of Marketing with Century 21 Real Estate of Northern California, a division of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, covering eight western states, 500 franchisees and over 5,000 real estate sales agents. Ms. Adamo joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. in July 2002 as Franchise Sales Director.
